Job Summary
The Process Coordinator is responsible for supporting business process standardization, ERP system implementation, and Quality Management System (QMS) documentation in an OEM manufacturing environment.
This role bridges Operations, Design, Quality, Supply Chain, Accounting, and IT to ensure successful ERP deployment and alignment with ISO 9001 requirements. This will provide support to the company’s ERP implementation by mapping workflows, documenting operating procedures, and ensuring the system is configured and used in a way that supports scalable operations.
The position ensures integrated workflows, data integrity, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across the organization.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Work with Operations, Accounting, Design, and ERP vendor to develop workflows and schedule data entry timing for ERP implementation.
- Develop future-state workflows aligned with ERP best practices, lean manufacturing principles, and ISO 9001 compliance requirements.
- Ensure cross-functional alignment between operational requirements and ERP configuration for all departments.
- Create SOP’s and detailed work instructions specific to each department’s needs
- Coordinate training schedules to align department readiness for ERP implementation.
- Assist with migration planning, data entry, and workflow testing.
- Monitor stabilization issues post-implementation to ensure a seamless transition.
- Develop and maintain SOPs aligned with ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
- Align ERP workflows with documented quality procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business administration, industrial or manufacturing engineering, supply chain management, information systems, operations management, or a related discipline
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, business analysis or process improvement
- Direct experience supporting or leading ERP deployment (e.g., MRP, production, quality modules)
- Experience developing and maintaining SOPs aligned with ISO 9001:2015
- Hands-on involvement in BOM management, production planning & scheduling, or inventory and procurement processes
- ISO 9001:2015 QMS framework understanding, experience supporting internal or external ISO audits preferred
- Systems thinking with attention to detail
- Language: English (required)
