Custom Fabrication for Multi-Level Steel Systems
Macon Fabrication supplied and installed a complete steel package, including columns, beams, and custom-fabricated stair systems. Each stair assembly was built with guardrails and graspable handrails, providing a safe, accessible, and consistent design throughout the facility. Every component was fabricated in-house at our Vancouver Island shop using precision equipment and strict quality controls to ensure consistent weld quality, fit-up, and finish.
Crane-Assisted Installation and Field Coordination
To execute the installation efficiently, our field team partnered with Kebouw, who supplied crane services for the placement of heavy structural members. This collaboration was critical to maintaining efficiency and safety during the installation process. Through detailed pre-planning and communication with site management, Macon Fabrication was able to meet project milestones while ensuring the highest standards of workmanship.
